Hi! I’m Shelbey England, an Arizona native with a lifelong love of food, adventure, and bringing people together—usually over a delicious meal! I grew up near Cave Creek, AZ, cooking alongside my mom in her cowboy-style Dutch oven catering business (shout out Cowgirls Forever!). Over the years, my love for cooking evolved into starting my own culinary journey with Bricoleur.

Why Bricoleur?

Deriving from the French word bricolage, meaning "creation from a diverse range of available things", a bricoleur is someone who crafts new things using what they find. This concept resonates with me deeply—I love crafting exciting dishes by drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and cuisines. It also reflects my creative spirit beyond the kitchen, from art and dance to interior design, gardening, and learning to sew. Food is connection, and I'd love to cook for you!
